The report on monitoring the progress of reforms for 9 months of 2015 was published

The report “Monitoring the progress of reforms” was prepared by specialists of the Project Office of the National Council of Reforms.

The report includes a detailed analysis of the progress of the implementation of the plans for 2015 by those responsible for each of the priority reforms defined by the Sustainable Development Strategy “Ukraine 2020”, the Agreement on the Association of Ukraine with the EU, the Program of the Government and the Coalition Agreement.

The report is based on the reform progress monitoring system and consists of 20-30 indicators divided into three groups to ensure a comprehensive and balanced assessment. The indicators of the “Tasks” group reflect changes in the legal framework and functioning of state institutions involved in the process of reforming the industry. The indicators of the “Results” group indicate specific changes in the spheres of the country’s life. For example, improving Ukraine’s position in the Doing Business or World Justice Project (Rule of Law Index) ratings. This also includes macroeconomic indicators, such as an increase in the volume of product exports or investment attractiveness.
