At the beginning of April, the Association of AIPM Ukraine appealed to the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine with a request to provide an official clarification regarding the procedure for state customs control of special food products during import.

The association, whose member companies, in addition to medicinal products, also produce the above-mentioned products, has been working for a long time to normalize the situation in the field of regulation of admission, import and circulation of such products on the market of Ukraine in connection with the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Basic Principles and requirements for the safety and quality of food products” dated 12.23.1997 No. 771/97-VR (hereinafter – the Law).
