At its meeting, the Government Committee on Social Policy and Humanitarian Development approved the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which provides for the simplification of state registration of medicinal products.

The corresponding draft of the act was developed by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine with the aim of bringing the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) of medicinal products into compliance with the Law of Ukraine on simplification of state registration (re-registration) of medicinal products adopted on May 31, 2016.

As you know, simplified registration is provided for drugs manufactured and used in countries with strong regulatory bodies: the USA, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, Canada and the EU.
