On July 7, 2015, in connection with the publication in the newspaper “Government Courier” (No. 120), the resolution of the CMU of April 22, 2015 No. 449 “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” entered into force.

The new version of the resolution  outlines the Procedure for declaring changes in wholesale and retail prices for medicinal products and medical products without reference pricing.

The resolution provides for the abolition of the need for the participation of the State Inspectorate of Ukraine for price control in the process of declaring changes in wholesale and retail prices.

In addition, in the event of a change in the average monthly exchange rate of the hryvnia to the US dollar by more than 5% during the current month, the declared changes in wholesale prices are subject to adjustment by the Ministry of Health and entry into the register of wholesale prices for medicinal products and medical products by the 10th of the following month.
