On December 6, 2022, the 12th Pharmacy Summit of Ukraine–2022 took place in the capital’s InterContinental Hotel.

During the first session, market participants had the opportunity to communicate directly with representatives of the executive and legislative branches of government and discuss the urgent needs of the pharmacy segment and other pharmaceutical market participants.

The key issues of the event were the new version of the Law of Ukraine “On Medicinal Products”, the creation of a new regulatory body, changes in legislation during martial law, as well as legislative initiatives that are planned to be implemented in the future. The issues of compensation for damage, humanitarian aid, etc. were also touched upon.
